Refund & Return Policy

At Futuristic Beehive, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality. Please
carefully review our Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return:
● The item must be unused and in original condition.
● The item must be returned in its original packaging.
● Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon
arrival:
● Custom-made or made-to-order products.
● Personalized items.
● Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
● Clearance or final sale items.
● Products returned without prior authorization.

3. Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact us at: info@futuristicbeehive.com
Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
● Order number.
● Photos of the product.
● Photos of the packaging.
● Description of the issue.
We will work with you to provide a fair resolution, which may include replacement parts, product
replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law:
● Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
● Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
● Customs duties and import taxes paid upon receipt are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns, as we cannot
be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Customs, Duties & Undeliverable Packages
Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for paying any and all local
customs, duties, and import taxes required by their country's regulations.
If a shipment is:
● Refused by the customer at delivery,
● Abandoned during customs clearance,
● Returned due to unpaid import duties, or
● Returned because of incorrect shipping information or unresponsiveness to the courier
(e.g., DHL),
the shipment will not be treated as a standard return. In such cases, any eligible refund will be
strictly reduced by:
● Original shipping costs.
● Return shipping costs charged by the courier.
● Storage or handling fees.
● Any import duties or taxes we incur when the package re-enters our origin country.
Package Destruction Clause: If the total cost of return shipping, storage, and associated
import duties exceeds the value of the ordered product, the package will be explicitly
abandoned by our company and destroyed by customs authorities. In this event, the customer
entirely forfeits the right to any refund.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and
approval of the returned item.
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider, credit card issuer, or banking
institution. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order
has not already shipped or entered the physical production stage.

Once an order has entered production, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation is no
longer possible. Custom-made or made-to-order items may not be canceled once production
begins.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to finding fair and amicable solutions for our customers. We kindly ask that
you contact our support team directly at info@futuristicbeehive.com to resolve any issues before
initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
Please note that filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may
delay the resolution process. Unwarranted chargebacks will be contested using order details,
delivery confirmation, and this policy as evidence.

10. Product Disclaimer
Futuristic Beehive products are sold as equipment and/or housing systems only.
No Live Bees Included: Products do NOT include live bees, queens, nucs, colonies, or any
living organisms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers are solely responsible for:
● Bee sourcing.
● Hive management.
● Colony health.
● Compliance with local laws and regulations regarding beekeeping.
