Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Futuristic Beehive. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

Shipping Policy

All orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing may take up to a maximum of 14 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery & Transit

Please keep in mind that once the package leaves our facility, the final arrival time depends on DHL schedules and local customs clearance processes.

While these external factors are beyond our direct control, we are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure your experience is smooth and that your package reaches you as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We explicitly use DHL Express for all international shipments to ensure fast, secure, and trackable delivery.

  • Carrier: DHL Express.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Usually [3-7 business days] depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. By purchasing from our store, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. If you refuse to pay these fees, the package may be destroyed or returned to us at your expense.

4. DHL Shipping Restrictions & Requirements

To ensure successful delivery via DHL, please note the following:

  • Physical Address Required: DHL generally cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address.

  • Signature on Delivery: For the security of your high-value items, our shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Phone Number: A valid phone number is mandatory for DHL shipping. It is used by the courier to coordinate delivery and prevents delays.

  • Remote Area Surcharge: In rare cases, if your delivery address is considered a "Remote Area" by DHL, an additional surcharge may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you prior to shipping to resolve the difference or offer a refund.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your shipment directly via the DHL website.

6. Damages

Futuristic Beehive is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (DHL) to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and the item immediately.

7. Shipping & Manufacturing Origin

Please note that your order will be shipped from our European facility. Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may apply in their respective countries.
